Branding Ottawa’s first choice in student living starts with the last letter. Znith takes its name from zenith, meaning apex, inspired by the building’s panoramic penthouse.

Dropping the “e” brings the Z forward and makes the name feel owned rather than borrowed. The wordmark is built for balance, with new letters emerging through rotations rather than added details.

The logo extends the Z and curves it beyond the rigid structure, forming a standalone lowercase, cursive z.
